I'm so lazy after having a baby. Help!
I used to have no problem working out. Infact, I loved taking my sweet time at the gym, and really getting the most from my work out. I'm only 21, and I recently gave birth to my first baby. I love being a stay at home mom, but I feel like I have no energy to get anything done anymore. I know that having a baby takes a lot out of a new mother, but this is getting ridiculous. I go to school full time, and even getting my homework done seems like an athletic chore. I lost my baby weight, but I still have wobbly bits (you know what I mean) that were not there before. What can I do to get motivated? I need to enjoy working out again!
Great to hear that you've lost your baby wieght! I'm 29 and just had my first, and my body hasn't bounced back the way I had hoped. If you're like me and love a good work out, get a buddy who will MAKE you get to the gym. I needed to meet a freind there in order to actually get my butt out the door. Once you get back into the routine of working out again it will all come back to you!
