I'm a little embarassed but very confused...: Coffee = lots of poop.
Whenever I drink coffee in the morning, even if it's only a glass!, I seem to poop several times a day. For example, it's only 4:45pm where I am, and I've already done number 2, THREE times today! This is abnormal for me, and only seems to happen when I have had coffee.
I'm unsure if this is a good thing (It's eliminating food from my system...right?) or if it's just something that's happening...OR if it's a bad thing and taking the nurients from me before my body can absorb them.
Any thoughts? Anyone experience this as well? Thanks :)

By good I mean does this benefit our weightloss efforts? Or is it harmful to our bodies?
Or is it neutral?
Haha yep totally normal, as everyone else has explained. I'm pretty much in the exact same boat as you...
I kind of use this to my advantage some times...My weigh in days that I actually log on CC are saturday/sunday morning (all other days I have school and thus have already eaten a buncha food by the time i get to the gym scale), and so, to be as accurate as I can, I have some coffee before I head to the gym...That way I'm all caffeinated up and lightened up! haha
Hot coffee used to do that to me, being lactose intolerant as well didn't help. Now the only coffee I drink is a nonfat cappuccino and that doesn't hurt my tummy, I like the protein in it.
Your stomach might just not like it, if you mind having to go to the bathroom so much, stop drinking coffee. If you don't, keep drinking but maybe... limit the amount even more. 8 oz?
