Weight Loss
Moderators: duke3522, devilish_patsy, topanga1485, nycgirl, spoiled_candy, cmillington, coach_k I'm no longer Obese!
Well, folks,
It's taken 9 1/2 months of hard work, of sweating and pushing myself, of eating better and exploring the wonderful world of whole foods (both the store and the foods ;D), but I have finally passed that point where, according to my BMI, I am no longer obese, but only overweight. My BMI is now 29.9 (compared to above 30).
I've been a part of this community since April 17, 2006, and it has been INTEGRAL in my ability to lose the weight, stay on track, get and keep motivated and basically put me where I now am, so please take a moment to pat yourselves on the back. :) You done good. :) One more C-C'er got his act together and has lost, if I may say so, some major weight.
I'm a loser. And I'm proud of it! ;D

In your case, I can't help but suspect one of the little known secrets of weight loss is to give of yourself to others!
