I'm not sure really. I was hoping to find someone to chat with via hotmail or here about how your weight loss is going, what exercises you did that day, how you're calorie intake went for that day, and tips we can give each other, and I suppose chatting about being a mummy as well ;)

Hi Laura... sounds great! I live in Fairfax, California and I am 39 years old. I have just started working out at our local YMCA. So far it's ok. I have been doing 20 min to a 1/2 hour of cardio followed by some circuit training on the machine. So far I have been able to get to the gym two to three days a week. My goal is to go the full five days and to loose at least forty pounds. I have a closet full of clothes that used to fit me before I became pregnant and had kids. I'm hoping I can one day get back into them... is that silly?

&nb sp; No, that's not silly at all :) I know how you feel. I also have a closet (and drawers!) full of clothes that I can no longer fit into either and would love to again.
I live in Melbourne, Australia and I am 18 years old. I gained about 15kg during my pregnancy and I haven't lost any of it since. In fact I've probably put on more weight. My goal is to lose about 10kg by October and then another 5 or so after that hopefully.
So far I'm just working out at home, doing Pilates and I have a treadmill I try to go on every night for about 20 minutes. Other than that I try to do squats and crunches whenever I have a spare moment, and recently I've started skipping rope as well.
I'm desperate to join a gym, but right now we just don't have the money. Hopefully soon.
I also am really liking this Caloriecount site. Before I joined up I had no idea how many calories I was supposed to be eating a day and I was aiming for about 800 a day. But I now I've found out that I was pretty much starving myself. I'm aiming for about 1400 a day now, but it's a struggle :P I feel so much better now that I'm eating more though.

Actually I was looking to gain before, and actually reached my goal weight. But due to a series of complications that have happened this month, i've gained too much. Now im looking to lose around 10 pounds and tone up for the summer.
So far i'm also working out at home, and I also do Pilates twice a week. I always tell myself i'll do squats but I never really get around to doing it, lol, ergo: I'm also looking for a weight loss buddy! I've also got a skipping rope..its just hidden around there somewhere growing dust on it.

I am looking to lose 25-30lbs. I have lost 3.5 so far and i started March 30th. I am trying to stay under 1300 calories a day, we have a gym here at work but i am so busy working i hardly get a chance to use it. However i have a treadmill at home and try to use that about 3 times a week. I also have 2 children my son is 11 and my daughter is 6.
I would love to have a weightloss buddy. I think having someone to compare and chat with will help motivate me a little more.
