How come I’m not losing weight on Duromine?

My doctor prescribed Duromine for me as a last resort in my battle for a healthier body. So far, I've been on it for two weeks and have lost no weight. Is this normal? I've heard so many positive things about it and yet I'm starting to feel like nothing will work for me.
