I'm Not Losing Any Weight!

I haven't lost any weight.I weighed 128.5 last week and now i weigh 129.Sickening. Ido JM 30-day shredevery morning and biking ofr 30mins. every night and i stick to 1500 cals(not i'm changing to 1400) and my sister does a lot less excercise than me and eats more than me and she weighs the same \-she's not maintaining either. A monthor so ago i weighed 122 pounds and she weighed about 130 or 129 just from eating less. I started toe at mroe(not a lot like 1700-1800) and i gianed 7 lbs and i can't ge tit off. She jsut eats less and is lsoing more than me!Sickening.When i first started my diet i lost about a pound a week, sometiemns 2.Now I'm gianing or maintaining. Should I eat less?But if I do, won't I gain weight like when i let my diet go a month ago? HELP!

are you taking into consideration that muscle does weigh more than fat and so if you are doing alot of regular exercise that could be it. i have been told in the past that if that happens you can go a week or 2 without losing lbs but it can then start to come of again!! dont worry too much stick to what your doing and see how it goes!! and yeah eating less wouldn't work unless you plan to do that long term!! you gotta stay realistic and positive!!
