Im getting married this November 16
(i know its sunday, but we dont work the next monday here in mexico) so i have a pretty good time to loose some weight..
i havent been able to log my food or excercise in a couple of weeks because of work and i dont have internet acces on my office
, but im still watching what i eat and i excersice 5 times a week, i have a record of my weight on my iphone, the last 3 entries were
december 11 2007, 143.0kg (315.26)
january 2 2008, 141.8kg (312.61lb)
january 7 2008, 140.8kg (310.41lb)
so im very happy!!, im going to look so great in the pictures ![]()

I've got mine upcoming on August 17th (a sunday too) and am doing the whole calorie-count thing for the same reason!!
Don't forget to work out and make all those muscles nice and defined.
