Just found this site. :) Started the calorie-restricted diet so far for 2 days and I have been good. Can't wait to get more acquainted and tips and motivations for all and to share too.

Welcome Cassie. What do you mean by calorie restricted? Are you following the recommendations on CC? Just remember that less than 1200 is not recommended for anyone, and 1200 is only recommended for extremely short, old, or inactive individuals. Good luck!

Hi Cassie!  I've been on and off CC a few years now.  Did really great and lost a big chunk of weight several years ago.  I kept it off for the most part, but never finished getting to my goal.  So here I am back and hoping to get there!  My new day is today, tracking my calories and heading to the gym this evening.  For me, setting small goals and a long term one has really helped.  For instance, this week, I plan to bring in all healthy foods, plan out my meals for the week (found that really, really helps if I know what I can eat for the whole day), and work out at least three times this week.  I know it is good to have a reward, but I usually do one of those once or twice a month based on how I am doing (like a manicure or pedicure).  Would love to hear what you have planned out and motivating each other!
