Im New In Need Of a Weight Loss Buddy =)

Right now I weigh 145 (somewhere in that area lol) and my goal is 125.  I think that would be perfect for me and I would feel more comfortable in that area.  So like I was saying I need a buddy because everyone else says I don't need to lose weight but I want to do it for me.  Just need a little support it's better to do it with a buddy and since my sister never wants to run with me I'll look elsewhere lol.  Well how about it?

okay i have almost the exact same thing! i started off at 140 and im trying to get to 120, i got to 136 in 2 weeks! :]] but yeah i understand everyone tells me i dont need to lose the weight but i do  

You've got a third person in the same boat! Well sort of...I'm currently anywhere from the 127 to 130 pound mark, and I want to get down to 115 by the time February rolls around and see where I go from there. Everyone tells me I look great and don't need to lose weight, but I've got extra "baggage" mainly around my stomach and thighs that I know I never had before. It's especially obnoxious because I have a small body frame, so although being 5'3" and 127 seems like a good place to be, it really isn't :/

I'll be a buddy! I know that I need a buddy too. I find it difficult to stick to a goal or task if I go it alone, because I can so easily run off track and say to myself "oh, I'll pick right up on it again a bit later". It's an annoying habit I have, haha :)

yeah i have that too, my frame is small but my thighs and a little bit of my tummy is just so annoying. ill be a buddy

Hey folie_a_vous! Our goals are so close!  Im 5'4" and weigh a little over 130 my goal is to be at leat 115 by Februrary.  My stomach, arms, and thighs need some work, I know there is a lot of extra weight I am carrying around that is unnecessary.  I can never seem to stick to my goals, hopefully this will be the time! I deffineitly need support, maybe we can all help each other!

well im looking for a buddy too so im in if your still looking im 4'11 and weigh 150 im look ing to get down to 120 at least

Oh my goodness, we really are super close! That's such a crazy coincidence! I'll definitely help you out as much as you need. Hell, we can all be like a super duper buddy support system! :)

I got way off track but I go back on it again. Thankgoodnes.  I am on the fourth belt buckle hole when I started on the seconde from the end! I am happy. How are you guys doing?

Congrats on getting back on track and getting down to the fourth buckle hole!!! That's a crazy good improvement! Keep up the outstanding work!

I'm sad and rather ashamed to say that I'm not too aware of my current progress. I have been drinking more water and taking smaller portions when I eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I've also been focusing on cutting out junk food and consuming yummy fruits in their place. I really need to invest in a scale or something D:

i agree with you guys its so hard to stick to a diet plan without swaying.....well basically last year i did my school''s fashion show and i weighed 125 and I am 5'9 / 10 so I am pretty tall but in summmer i felt like i was putting on weight now im 10 pounds heavier and its come to fashion season again and i am really feeling the pressure.  I don't look over weight because I'm really tall but I feel like I failed at keeping it off and now the show is in febuary and I would really like to get back down to what I was..... I agree I love fruit and I've been eating healthy and cardio'ing for an hour a day! I just find it so hard once im i am in a routine its so hard....
