well, i'll start off by giving you a brief "weight history" i've always been on the "lighter side" throughout my childhood and "teen" years, then around the age of 15 i started abusing drugs, part of the reason was because it controlled my weight and i loved having absolutley no appetite. so i about 18 months ago i got clean and went from about 120 to 143 and now i'm down to 135. my short term goal is to get down to 125 and then 120 afterwards.. except the right way, the healthy way this time! (by calorie counting and i'm thinking about doing the small meal thing spreadout through the day) my problem is, i really struggle w/binging.. especially on sweet stuff, and only when i'm alone =/ i really need all the support i can get so feel free to add me as a friend and/or message me!

I love your name, and you honesty and the way that you just wanna keep on fighting! very impressive especially considering everything you've been on so far. I think we have kinda the same goals. im also around the 135 and haev 120 as a goal. Yes. And binging sucks. But **** happens. Luckily there's something to do about it. When that happens I just wanna be someone else. It help....being with friends. calling people. even though it's crazy time of the day. Even though you dont feel like. Just call'em. They'll love you for it.

aw thankyou =) yea.. it does help talking to people. it's just i have a very, very few select people who know bc i'm so ashamed of it.. so when they don't answer i try to chew gum or drink hot tea or something lol.. its been getting better..slowly. it really is a fight. i totally empathize with you on the wishing you were someone else.
