Im a newby on the Herbalife weight loss plan
Hi everyone. just thought id best introduce myself.
Ive recently started the Herbalife weight loss plan and i have to say it working well. Ive lost 7 pounds in three weeks and ive found it easy to stick to.
I want to loose quite a lot of weight, need to loose 4 stone to be in the healthy BMI range.
Ive tried many weight loss plans in the past, none of which worked for me :
atkins, weightwatchers, unislim, cabbage soup, juice diet, and worst of all the lemonade diet.
Ive found i have a lot more energy on the plan, im currently having shakes for brekkie and lunch. For dinner im having some sort of chicken with veg. The shakes really do fill you up and i have to say my stomach id physically shrinking!
So far ive lost 6cm of both my waist and hips, with 1.5cm of my chest.

Good luck and I hope you find the support that you need here. I would advise however that you slowly incorporate meals back into your life once you feel comfortable doing so. Meal replacement drinks are great, but they are not realistic in terms of using them in the long term. It is IDEAL to learn how to eat normal foods and make good food choices so that when the weight is lost the transition to maintenance isn't a drastic one. However, I understand at this point it is your priority to lose the weight. I would advise you not to consume less than 1200 calories a day, regardless of whether those calories are coming from the shakes or meals, 1200 calories is the BARE minimum and you risk starvation mode along with nutrient deficiency by consuming less than this amount.

I wish you luck too! I tried that once ages ago and it didn't work for me in the long run. I lost a lot of weight quickly, but didn't build any good eating habbits, so as soon as I stopped buying their shakes the weight came back.
But, different things work for different people :) Maybe you can learn to maintain the weight loss better than I did.
