I stopped at dunkin donuts this morning for a tea and an egg and cheese english muffin...and they gave me a free donut boston creme, so of course I ate it.

And last night was my cheat meal --boneless wings and fries.  I better  get my butt to the gym today and tomorrow.

I'll take eggs benny with a side of apple fritter...

good idea py think I will go to the gym now.  Just started to lose weight after a long stand still

It's National Donut Day.  I should go get one, but I won't.  It's Happy Hour Hop night (we hit several bars in our little town for cheap drinks and free appetizers then walk home)
