No, but sometimes when I'm getting ready to go to bed I'll realize I forgot to lock the front door or something and I'll sneak through my house nekkid hoping the neighbors aren't looking out their windows since I never close my curtains.

My father has been known to answer the door to JWs after putting his hip holster, complete with pistol, on.

Google was driving a compact, apparently. I suppose the humaniform robot it's using as a meatspace avatar doesn't need more.

 Nah, it just pulled up in my driveway, turned around and drove back the way it came ;)

 Steven Erikson writes well and in a grown-up world. If you liked Glen Cook's Black Company you'll be more likely to enjoy his work though, it's not exactly David-Eddings' style.

Don't think I've ever read Eddings although he's one of the fantasy authors my library seems fond of.

When I read the descriptions of a lot of fantasy books it sounds like the book might've been written by a 24 year old guy living in his parents' basement who plays Magic and dresses up like Legolas and battles pretends Orcs in his free time.

I avoid those.

Black Company...think I've got those sitting on a shelf at home.
