i'm pretty close to my goal

Quote  |  Reply

the problem is i don't know what my goal is

it is somewhere between like 110-125 [i'm arond 5'2-5'4]

anyway, i decided today that once i lose this last bit of weight that is making me chubby, i'm going to stop worrying about the scale and go entirely on dress size

i think for my height i want to be a size 2.. right now i'm a size 6 at about 139-141lbs

yesterday i tried on some size 4 clothess and they were tight, like i could get them on me, but then they wouldn't zip up, so they just about fit.. but i think at around 130 size 4 would fit me, therefore i'm guessing around 120 a size 2 would fit me.. but i guess we'll see

When I was a size six, I used to weigh between 139-143. I'm not sure if this applies to all size six, though. For instance, I could wear size 6 jeans from Gap but not from other stores. I would get bumped up to 8 or even 10.

My sister's weighs 100 lbs and goes back and forth between a zero and a two.

So I think it really depends on the store where you regularly purchase your clothes.

and height

how tall are your sisters??

My oldest is 5'3 98-104lbs and my youngest is 5'6 110 lbs. The oldest is always a size 0 and has an easier time finding European made clothes, but my youngest is a steady size 2. She sometimes fits in a size 0, but is more comfortable in a 2.

I am 5'4" and I wear a size 4 or 6, depending on the brand (124lbs.) I used to wear a size two when I was 100-105 pounds. I think a size four would be a good goal to shoot for and then see how you feel at that weight. Don't just go by numbers.

It would be silly to say, well I look good now but I want to be able to SAY i wear a size two so I'm going to lose more weight. It really doesn't matter if you are happy :-)

yes of course if i look the way i want at size 4 i'll stick to it

just for my height and the way i would like my body to look, it seems like size 2 would be the size to aim for
