I'm so proud!

I've been doing extremely well. My self disciple has amazed me. Well today I decided to treat myself. I got my dad and brother to walk with me to the nearby frozen yogurt place. It's so delicious, and only 70 calories, 0 from fat (raspberry). And the best part, I also got my dad and little brother to walk and eat healthy with me. It was a great, tasty way to treat myself. I recommend this to everyone!

Congratulations!   You deserved it!  And  you were smart in how you treated yourself.  And including your family was really good.   You were smarter than I was--since I also treated myself when I met my last goal--I ate an entire package of blueberry shortbread cookies.  That was sort of silly, but I watched what I ate the rest of the day.

Well thank you! Treating yourself can sometimes be a guilty pleasure, like I assumed the yogurt was going to be about 150 calories but I thought it was okay since I've been taking care of myself, but when I realized it was about 70, it felt even better.  And at least you took care of yourself the rest of the day, once in a while is okay

When I was losing weight, I would occasionally treat myself to a tiny chocolate ice cream (50-60 cals) they sold at a supermarket nearby. The catch was that cycling to the store and back burned about as many calories as the ice cream had, and because it was so close, it didn`t even feel like exercise. It`s a great idea and I`m glad to see it works well for others as well. :) Plus you got the added bonus of quality time with your family, which is always very nice.

Congrats on your achievements so far! Building determination and finding strength you didn`t know you had in you will only benefit you in the long run, in many other aspects of your life.

Yes 70 cals. I assumed it was going to be about 150 cals, but to my surprise it was only 70. And it was so good!

This magical place is called blizzberry. I heard its kinda like pinkberry, but I've never been there. The flavor i got was raspberry.
