I'm retro like that...."Core Secrets"???

So a few years back on a whim I bought "Core Secrets" at Target.  So, I whipped the sucker out and I'm not sure how to log it?   Basically 45 min strength training (with light 3lb hand weights) on a ball? 

Anyone, Anyone?

weight training--light  (It's what I use for the circuit machines at the Y and for Curves.)  I think the calorie burn is around 250 an hour.

This is too funny..I pulled my core secrets out today as well...bad weather here today and the kids kept me from the gym.I did the one without the ball and I used 10 pound dumbells..I logged it as circuit training 430 for an hour...but maybe on the ball and with the lighter weights it would be what le3 said..wow I hope I am right about mine now...I was pouring sweat when I was done..it was the dvd called training camp. Lunges ,one legged dead lifts, squats, some exercise he called the lawn mower..or something..lol..big moves with the 10 pounders..sorry for my rambling.

I just got mine out too Tongue out  It hurts my back too much to do sit up's and crunches on the ground, which is why I bought it in the first place.  I used to do it pretty consistantly.  It's great to do weights on, because your fighting for balance.  Really helps the abs.  First time I did it my abs hurt so much the next day.
