I'm soooo hungry...
OK. I've eaten horribly for the last week with the holidays and all (parties, birthdays, and the holiday dinners themselves). Cookies, pie, cakes, candy, and just lots and lots of food.
I got used to eating too much and now I'm back here... so hungry, when I know I shouldn't be hungry. Grr!!!![]()
Any coping mechanisms until things get back to normal?

just make sure your diet is chock full of lettuce &other veggies for a week, then your body will get used to the small amount again. just bear the pain for 2 weeks, then after that its a breeze
My magic bean is oatmeal. 1/2 a cup of plain oatmeal, 1 cup water, add sweetener/Splenda and cook. It'll fill you up real good for 130 calories and it'll keep you full for a few hours. Nothing can beat that one. I find that eating a piece of fruit only makes me want other sweet stuff, oatmeal doesn't have that effect on me.
Drink more water.
Eat more veggies.
Eat more fiber.
Use lots of spices and seasonings to keep your tastebuds hopping!
Hot, flavored teas are nice this time of year, too!
YOU CAN DO THIS!
