I don't know anything about modeling, but I thought the cut off height was 5'7" (for runway)?

Wow....why do i know that?.....*sigh* i spend too much time here ><

hah i know, i decided not to transfer the other pics onto my comp cause i was laazzyyy :P

Your body seems perfect to model catalogue (not runway, too short, everything else is fine) but if you're insecure then putting it up for public scrutiny probably isn't the best idea.

Maybe you should work on trying to find something you excel at besides being thin and beautiful and take pride in that? A sport, a hobby, art, writing, yoga, anything really. I think it'll probably be better for your self esteem.

At 15... you're porbably done growing.

No chance she's done growing yet! She'll probably get a bit taller until she's 18-19 possibly even later. I'm 20 and my doctor measured me the other week and I grew an inch in around 2 years. I used to be 5'6, now I'm 5'7. Besides your spine can expand and contract especially with exercise that promotes good form and posture.

I completely agree. From what I've read/heard, modeling isn't all sunshine and roses- it's a tough business and not nearly as glamorous as it might seem (talking runway here, it might be different in a different venue).

I think you need to have pretty thick skin to be in that business, which you don't seem to have, not to say you can't though. Take some time to work on you and learn to be proud and confident of yourself regardless of what others say before you open yourself up to criticism.

You sure you wanna be a model? My cousin has been one since she was 13. She would tell me things like "My Agent told me to lose 5 lbs or I won't be able to model anymore". Its hard, mentally and physically. She wasn't a runway model, just for magazines.catalogs. You have to have so much confidence, they'll tell you what clothes to wear, that your motivation is (ie- this is your boyfried, look cuddly) and you have to work it.  Just sayin, Its not for everyone!

I'm not sure what exactly is required for fashion modeling. For the height requirement I've heard anywhere between 5'6" to 5'8" is the minimum. Maybe get some pictures done and go to a local modeling agency and see what they have to say?

You could always do nude art modeling (in a few years? is there a min age for that?)... its good moneys and they always looking for people i hear!

loriklorik? are you some kind of perv? she's 15.

steph11 your an idiot for putting semi nude pics of yourself on the net with some random guy asking you to do so.

and until you get over your eating disorder why dont you try focusing on something outside your body, and stop posting measurements and seeking for others.

i think this site is really unhealthy for you, and frankly your posts are bugging the crap into me. im sure i will get slated for this post, but i am sick of it.

A) I deny everything!

B) Nude modeling for art isnt about sex...at all....

C) 15 is almost 16...and thats legal in lots of states

D) I didnt come on to her or anything... if i wanted a young girl (legal age), i would go find one?

E) She already had her picture up before.... she wasnt putting it up because some strange guy asked....(and her picture isnt any more semi-naked than a swimsuit.... unless you have problems with those too?)

F) Im not some strange / random guy! (just bored)

G) let her post what she wants, you dont need to read it if it bugs you... looking for advice or even just random ideas is perfectly fine on the forum (kills time and learn something new...win win?)

H) This site has lots of good (and bad) advice...but its really tame compared to a LOT of other places. And, for eating issues / knowledge...this place is a great place to learn.

I) cant think of anymore :) ...YET!
