Diet pills are horrible.  They don't make you lose anything besides money, really.

Yes diet pill are bad and expensive!  I normally gain all my weight back after I finish taking them.  At some point you'll also get tired of taking so many pills.  By the 2nd to 3rd week I was yacking.

If you can't afford to buy clothes that fit, how will you afford diet pills? Just a thought, I would talk to a Doc about it if I were you though. There may be something else going on. There are doctor prescribed appetite suppressants, but they are only to help curb hunger. And they are only for a small amount of time. Good luck. I am sorry you can't seem to lose. PS-I looked at your pics,  you are not fat, maybe you were underweight before...and now your body is fighting back. Try some weight training to make everything look a little more firm.

that picture is from a few months ago...things have changed.. ONE par of pants costs the amount a pack of diet pills do. id be more worth it to use them and fit into my CURRENT clothes than by new ones..

my biggest weight was 153...then i lost weight by eating healthy and NO exercise except walking and crunches dailys... got to 125..stayed there FOREVER then now i BALLOONNED up to 147.. and its nastyyy on me.. i can grab the fat and its just gross..

n i cant fit into anything.

ive took advice from many ppl and heard hydroxy cut is prolly the best.

I have used banned supplements before... lost weight but had some side effects.  I tried hoodia to see if it was legit although I suspected it was a gimick... I was right.  Pretty much all of them don't work except the old ones that are now banned.

Did you stop exercising? Because I just read a very interesting article that says that once you lose weight, something like 94% of people gain some or all of it back. The 5-6% that did not regain kept up a very regular exercise routine.

Once you get to a certain weight and try to come down from it, everything in your body fights to get back to that heaviest weight. Hormones, metabolism, glucose, blah blah, all the $5 words...they work against you maintaining your weight because it wants the extra fat back that it knows you're capable of making. Sound stupid? Yeah, it sucks...

So you are an anomoly?  Can't you just eat a carrot, lift weight and run around the block?

Diet pills aren't the answer.  You *might* lose the weight but it'll come back once you stop taking them.

I agree with the others. Don't waste your money. They just make me jittery and no weight loss. Exercise more. It really does work!!

I tried Hydroxycut, but then decided to ditch them for a new diet and it has made all the difference. I am on the Zone and lost 7 pounds in 4 days! I was frusterated like you after hitting my plateau. It seemed I would gain and loose...

You may want to try this. The first two days I was hungry and exhausted, but now feel wonderful (it has only been 5 days). Today I am adding carbs back into my diet. Send me a message and I will let you know exactly what I am doing. Since I am not very big to begin with (140 and 5-9 when I started it) I was skeptical about it working.

Sorry sister about not being able to loose. I have been there too... good luck!!!

I took the Lipo 6 for woman. Not bad. But ill tell you! DO NOT DRINK COFFEE< SODA< OR ANYTHING WITH CAFFEINE. they have caffeeine in them and you will explode if you have more. they are not cheap, but i like them and i have seen a difference, not just in weight but my extended energy also. im not falling asleep at 8pm anymore.

I have used Alli and sucessfully lost and maintained 10lb weight loss...you should look up their web site and research to see if they would be right for you
