Oh Em Gee! I am too!!

Speaking of which, I need to go be gassy and chug half a litre of Fresca... too-duh-looo!

i think that's pregnancy (rock_me, sorry buddy, can't help you).

so...do you love being a thirsty, farty, bottomless pit? Except for the farty part, I know I did :)

well just be sure to enjoy your farty bottomless pittedness while its still all about you. ;)

I'm not even pregnant (or at least I hope not. Lmao.) and I'm going through that. Should I be concerned? :P

I really don't get why people enjoy this.  I could ignore it when it was just a blob, but now that it looks like a person in there, the thought of a human growing in my gut grosses me out.  If I try to ignore it, it moves and reminds me it's in there.

Alex has a father-to-be book with a quote from someone or other that states, "Of course women get morning sickness.  Wouldn't you get nauseous if something strange was growing inside of you?"  I agree.

The burping, farting, drinking, eating, sleeping, and sensitive gums, those are all tolerable.  I do all of that (maybe not as much) without this thing in here.  The moving, the listening to heart beats, the ultrasounds... That all needs to stop.

Yeah I've never been able to understand how people think it's COOL to feel the baby move. That would FREAK ME OUT so bad! Just the thought of something growing inside me..... *shudders*

hell no.

It's gross.  And on top of that, you can't even drink yourself into being able to tolerate it.  You just have to sit back and distract yourself with other things, and whenever it moves, blame it on a building fart.

I remember being in school, sitting at the desk for so long with my arm positioned funny.  After switching classes and getting to a new desk, I'd have a weird twitch in my arm that I couldn't control.  Like a little muscle spasm.

It feels like that, only in a sensitive spot in your belly.  It's gross.

Oy vey young girlies...wait until you have the teenagers.

I liked the kicks until the little darlings started thinking they were Bruce Lee.  But then I liked breastfeeding too.  I won't tell you about the joys of that just yet.  So much awaits you...

You know, the best thing about farting is pulling the covers over your husband's head.

I didnt like being pregnant either...loved the results, but looked forward to labor it get it out!

Yeah, I liked breastfeeding too...until the fangs teeth grew in and they had the constant urge to chew...yowza

Overall I hated being pregnant.  For the first few weeks I loved the IDEA of being pregnant, but once the nausea and fainting spells kicked in, it sucked.  Then I started to get bigger and bigger until I though I would explode.  Blah.

I always hated those woman who had no problems with their pregnancy.  I know this chick who told me all she wanted to do was become pregnant and hae babies for the rest of her life.  No thank you.

I love the result!  My daughter is my heart.  But, I will adopt next time around.

I've had no pregnancy symptoms and aside from some recent complications, the only indication I'm even pregnant are the rare moments I mention it.  I don't look pregnant.  I don't act pregnant.  I shudder at the thought of going in to Babies R' Us and I don't walk around proudly holding my gut.

Alex, however, looks pregnant.  He's glowing.

I look forward to labor, too.  Then this crap is all done and over with, and I can go back to only pulling my pants down for my husband. As for breast feeding?  We're using breast milk.  And a pump.  And I'm still trying to convince Alex to forego the idea entirely and just buy formula.  I wasn't breastfed as a child and you know what?  I turned out just fine and was a little genius to boot.

He was breastfed and he thinks "irregardless" is a word.

"He was breastfed and he thinks "irregardless" is a word."

If breastfeeding meant my child would use the fo-word "irredardless" then there would be no way in hell... I can't STAND when people say it

(sorry if that was off topic)

I absolutely loved being pregnant except the final 2 week stretch (10 days late).

LOVED it. Wanna be it again. :(

32 hours of labor sucked the big one tho.

Sorry, CD-  I LOVED being pregnant.  But the Restless Led Syndrome drove me nuts.  I was the annoying, glowing, pregnant everywhere-not-just-my-belly type.  And from this point on.... you can't ignore it!!  but you can drop the baby off to grandparents and have some time for yourself.  nothing wrong w/ that.....but for now....enjoy the mini-you & alex in there.  :)

I didn't love being pregnant. I didn't hate being pregnant. It was weird. One day after lunch, I was walking around the statehouse lawn and my whole belly moved from the center to the right to the left and then back to the center. It was so weird. I just stopped and looked down. My friends thought I had gone into labor (this was late in my pregnancy). They pestered me the rest of the day to call the doctor. I said and tell him what that my belly moved?

Oh my gosh, I totally loved being pregnant! I had no problems, but did get a bit weirded out when having a nice relax in the bath, my belly would shift round from side to side getting comfy lol and if you pressed it to say 'hello' she would nudge back in the same place... the best one was when her dad decided it would be a good idea to rest his head on my big tum... she kicked him off hehe
