Ok....I was eating very less before and I excercise a lot and I tried to lose weight...but it didn't work. I'm 5"1 and I'm around 106-108 pounds. I know...I'm healthy already but I'm recovering from ED (excercise bulimic) and now I'm not sure how my body function anymore. It seems like what I eat still be on a diet menu. I have one siple question though..

For example, if I have been eating healthy all day as in...no junk and nothing fat or high in calories.....then, my stomach started to feel hungry and ache...does that mean it's the time I should eat?? The reason I'm asking this is because I'm afraid that I'll become an emotional eater (it happened to me so many times because I used to restrict my food..too much). Compare to other teenagers (btw..I'm 16)...I feel like I eat less than them. I think today...I would be eating arond 1300 or less but then I added some black beans because it makes me feel full. Well...any answer on what is hungry feels like and should I eat when I'm hungry or not would be great!

Yeah...why don't you log in what your stats are to the burn meter...then...maybe...try maintaining your weight instead of losing for a bit. That might help your body overcome the plateau...if you increase to about whatever you naturally burn..then it might work...

hope it helps a bit!!!
Thanks!
'Emotional eaters' use cues to eat such as... being annoyed, being upset, being happy....  When stomachs are rumbling or you get a hollow, achey feeling and sometimes a metallic taste in your mouth or your energy levels start to drop....  that's not an emotion, it's a physical sign that you're hungry and need to eat. So eat when that happens.

A 16 year old should aim for 1800 cals minimum per day in order to get the right nutrition to grow.  Include all the food groups.... fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, pulses, dairy poducts, carbohydrates and don't forget the fats.  You need them in order to absorb the goodness from your food.

You need 2100 to maintain, assuming you still work out every day.  You're waaay undereating.

Well, I don't really trust the log because most of the time I have to estimate the amount of food I eat (well, I can't carry my estimating cup with me everywhere..) but I might sometimes over estimate it. For example, I can roughly count about 1300 but I would say I probably eat like 1600-1700 already!! (well, I have a small piece of cake and animal crackers today cause I have been craving for it)

And I reduce the amount of excercise to just runing for 30 minutes 3 times a week and do all the abs + weight training everyday instead. But, thank you to all advise and opinion!!
Eat when you're hungry.  Learn what hungry feels like and learn to eat until you feel satisfied.  People who eat normally don't count calories or go around measuring their food with scales.   They self-regulate based on their energy needs.  Listen to your body
