i was 265 3 months ago and was on a 1200-1500 calorie diet... now how should i maintain now and how many calories should i have daily because 1200-1500 probably isnt that healthy. Im also active run atleast 30 min a day and play baseball. Thanks for your help

I calculate that you should be able to maintain your weight on something between 2900 and 3500 cals a day.  Your diet allowance has been incredibly low and I don't know how you've been running for 30 minutes a day and playing baseball without fainting.  No wonder you lost nearly 60lbs in 3 months.  That was quite a dangerous thing to do and you've been lucky to get away with it so far. 

You are going to see weight-gain with any increase in calories because that's what happens to all crash dieters.  So be prepared.  You can either take it one hit and go straight for 2900.... rather like ripping off a plaster you'll gain for a week or two but then it should stabilise....  OR... you can tickle up the calories by 200 or 300 a week.  I think you'd find the gain would be worse if you did that, however.  Best of luck.

ahhhhhhhh...I envy you ....I wish I could be 207....damn it's so hard for me to gain....I think i'm stuck @ 185
