Think its possible to lose 10 lbs by thanksgiving if I start today? I know its really stretching it... how about 5?

Well 5 would definately be more realistic. I think if you ended up losing 10 pounds, that would be unhealthy and you would be likely to gain it back. I also think that it would mostly be water weight and not accurate. But ANYTHING is possible I suppose. It also depends on how much you have to lose, right? If you are 110 pounds and fit, I HIIIGHLY doubt you would be able to lose that but, say, if you were 220 pounds and you worked really hard, it would be managable. Those are just my thoughts and opinion. Hope it helps. -Julie
