155 pounds 34inch waist

is that a good waist size? i'm 5'8 

sounds good to me. are you happy with it? 

sounds fairly proportionate to your height, i'm 5'10 155lbs with a 32" waist.

im 157 with a 28 inch waist.

I heard/read somewhere a long time ago, that anything larger than a 30 inch waist (for female) can put you more at risk for diabetes, heart disease etc.....   I always try to keep mine under 30.  just my $.02

I thought it was anything larger than a 34 inch waist?

I'm 5'5 32' waist....i'm told it's fine...but i want smaller ;-)

Im 5f5 with a 36inch waist and was told anything over 32inches puts you at risk.........The way I see it if your living healthier and exercising it really shouldnt be that much of a factor. I think they base this waist size thing on inactivity and crappy eating. Im slowly but steadily going down in weight, my waist keeps on getting smaller im happy with being 36inches around as where in the beginning i was 40!
