Hello! So it's been about a week since I decided that at least needed to do a bit of work out. I've been using a mini stepper and I'm slowly starting to get the hang of it. And I had been feeling great! Mi legs and behind feel firmer but at the same time I noticed my pants felt a bit more snug so I decided to measure myself, and to my great dismay I had gained some centimeters. Around 2-3!

What is up with that?! I do think it looks better but I don't want to gain inches... should I stop?

how much fat do you have to lose? it could be a case of gaining some firmness with muscle and then losing the fat. it also could be some swelling of the muscle with water retention.

don't stop. your body is going to go through a few changes as it adjusts to your new lifestyle, you just have to keep your eye on the ball and know whats important.

edit: oh i just noticed are measurements are kind of the same, im a bit taller tho.
