How many inches have you lost so far ?

Since I have started last March, I have lost about 3 to 4 inches from waist, chest, hips and thighs.

I was hoping to lose more but that is not bad as a start. What about you?

    I have lost 11 1/2" from my waist since November 06.

Average of four inches off each (4, 5, 3)

How long did it take you guys to get those results? And what are you doing? Just basic cardio/resistance/counting calories?  Any tips?

From January 07 to May 07 I lost 9.5" total.
For me, that is the biggest thing, since I only had to lose 12lbs.
I haven't measured since May though, and since I am on maintenance  now, hopefully it's a few more inches!

For me, I do my elliptical 3-4x a week, a lot of walking, and I do Turbo Jam's "Turbo Sculpt" for strength training and toning.

It's hard to see in some areas, but I have progression pics in my profile.....

My waist this morning measured 31.75" which is down from an all time high of 36.5". The tape measure doesnt lie...I always prefer it over the scale.
