Good Morning everyone,

Yeahhhhh....It's Friday. 

How's everyone doing!?

Nicole, Did you, by chance ask your friend if she wanted to be on the team....I hope she does, I think it would BE GREAT...

Lindsay, With the new "challenge" sheet, are you going to change any of your "stuff."  I was wondering if it would give us more points if I (we) changed some of the workout stuff, etc?  I guess I have to look at it alittle better.  Not sure about that.

Anyway, I will check in later today....have a good one!
I had the same question for Lindsay about the workouts and points. Is it to our advantage to redo the workout part?
If you guys don't mind re-doing on the new challenge sheet I think it's proably best. Sorry.

I will get mine redone, we have 'til  the 20th right...I can't get mine done this weekend...but will try for Monday.  Hope that's all right.
I asked her via LiveJournal, but she hasn't replied...  my guess is maybe she's not interested since I haven't heard back yet?  I'm trying to think if I know of anyone else...... hmmm.....

Hi :)  It's to your advantage to redo the work sheet (applies to section 4 Exercise ony) if you exercised less than 5 times week 1 or something like that.   Some people never were exercising 5 times a week... more like 0 - 2 or 3 because of physical limitations.  So we want people to start where they are.   Don't have to jump from 2 exercise sessions to 5 all of a sudden... that would be too much for some.  So there are little changes like that.  Read over it and if you see something that makes a difference in your points, then redo that part.  No big deal :)

The rest of the sections did not have any points last week and we hope everyone did them for their own sake...  It wasn't mandatory.  So now we're giving 50 points if people did all the other parts from week 1.   In case they joined late and are catching up... or had to skip something last week.

Ok :)  Hope everyone is having a gr8 weekend :)

Goodmorning everyone-

Hope you all have a had a great weekend. I have finally finished up the week 1 challenge (wooohooo) now onto week 2. 

How's is eveyone else  coming with the challenges?? Remeber to try and have them done for Wednesday of this week.

Also we have been asked to appoint a scorekeeper. I have already been doing it for week one but would anyone like to take over control of keeping the team score??  All you have to do is tally the team points from theindividual submission on a spreadsheet. Please post if your interested.

Xuraiya- I havent heard back from Gail yet. I will try and e-mail her today. Once again if anyone knows someone who would like to join the team....were still lookin.

Okay, I'm a little confused about what I'm supposed to do as far as editing the spreadsheet goes... I guess I'll just sit down and stare at the alterations and see....
Hi Xuraiya... Please don't be confused!

Are you talking about the points sheet from week 1?  Last week when we wrote the challenge in the wee hours of the night in our spare time cuz we're just friends here like everyone... we thought we knew what we were saying.... But... we confused the heck out of everyone!!!  Sad but true!!!  So, we're giving everyone the chance to catch up on week one and make sure they got the right points!

The only points from week 1 last week are from Section 4, the exercise part!  We actually had people who never exercised or only once or twice a week.  Kind of not fair to make them all of a sudden exercise 5 times to get points, huh???

So... we have made a few little changes...

Deadline for week 1 has been extended to Wed, 9/20!!!

The Points from Week 1 were all in Section 4.  You can Look at the Section 4 again from week 1 here:

Let your team captain (or scorekeeper) know if your points changed for week 1.

Plus... the other parts of week 1 were just for you to work on your own goals and things!  If you did all the parts from week 1, then you get more points this week :)  It's up to you!

I will post a recipe...I am not saying it's going to be good!!!

But I have a few Italian recipes that I think go along with the theme...I am not sure how healthy and low calorie they are but I will post one or two...doesn't matter to me!

PS...I will check them to see how healthy they are....

I hate to ask!!!???  But where should we post our scores?  I know that we are suppose to have a scorekeeper...but I don't think we have one?

AND...how are you doing!  I feel like I am trying to get all done, so I don't have to worry about it tomorrow if I don't have the time to do it!
