Woah! Thats alot of suger. I would be so nausious...You should cut most(if not all) the junk, like the brownies, snickers, poptarts, etc out and eat some nutritous food instead...

Like a big salad with lots of veggies! Its more filling and you won't feel all icky afterward...or some fruit to curb your sweet tooth....and I personally prefer crystal light to soda. Suger free and only 5 calories per-serving.
oh yeahh.. and im a couch potato. lol i dont exersize, i want to. but i dont have enough self will or something to actually do so. its awkward. but someone give me some feedback on my eating habits. please??!?
yeah. i try to cut out that stuff, but i really cant. its hard for me, and i dont know why.
I know how hard it is to say no to a sweet tooth...

You could try not bringing that stuff in the house. If its not there to tempt you, then you won't eat it.
I agree with blueeyedfairy -- I stopped buying junk food awhile ago, and now I don't even want it. Give me a nice big salad anyday! (And I *never* thought I'd say that! I used to hate salads!)

It can take some time to change your eating habits. Maybe, if you don't think you can do it cold turkey, just slowly replace one 'bad' food with a 'good' food. So, just once tomorrow, instead of a brownie or a snickers, have a sandwich or a piece of friut.

Good luck, and don't give up! =)
Watermelon isn't really that great for you. It's sugar and water. 3-4 cups of it is kind of a lot too. Start making small changes and as you get comfortable with that change something else... that way you'll be less likely to go back to eating bad.
the junk food you're eating is actually ADDICTIVE!  There's all those flavor enhancers that make you crave more.   I love my candy...but find when I have too much, I just want more... so now I have a small piece and enjoy it slowly.

Try for a few days not to eat any junk food and instead add some protein (peanut butter, refried beans spread on a corn tortilla and topped with salsa)... soon you're body will actually crave the good stuff...

I eat mostly vegetarian meals and sometimes have chicken, fish and meat... there's so many choices to eat vegetarian ... pick up a lowfat vegetarian cookbook and look for ideas... or even just go to the bookstore and browse.

You're aware of the problem... that the first step... hang in there!
I used to eat just like that.  I have the meaneast sweet tooth but it was really important for me to get rid of a lot of the sugar in my diet.  After a while you do not crave it as much.  I like to have a little bit every now and then but I really try not to go overboard. Just hang in there and you will be fine.
What does your doctor say about your diet? I think you already know that you are eating a lot of junk. (Eight brownies?? I love brownies and have a very high tolerance for fattening yum-yums, but even I couldn't eat 8 brownies!)

You say you "can't stop." I think you need to call your doctor immediately. Yesterday, even. Please do, and let us know what happens.
I used to eat the same way.  90% of my diet was sugar-related: ice cream, cookies, brownies, peanut butter, candy, chocolate, bakery items, even hot chocolate powder and whatever else that was sweet.  It was like once I started, I just couldn't stop.  But you know what?  You have to stop it.  That is the worst thing you can be doing to your body.  You're filling it with sugar and bad fats and no vitamins or nutrition whatsoever.

How did I fix it?  I stopped.  Cold turkey.  I picked a day, and stopped eating junk.  It really helps to have NO junk food around the house for your 'adjustment period'.  Eat fruit, veggies, whole grain breads and cereals, cheese, milk, soy products, nuts.... ANYTHING but high-sugar junk food.  I drank lots and lots of tea to help keep my belly full and my mouth busy during the intense cravings.  Eventually, you can start eating a reasonable amount of sugar again... say one brownie a day.  If you start getting out of control again, STOP AGAIN.

So, the synopsis?  Your eating habits are terrible.  It's better than being anorexic and not eating at all, but not a heck of a lot better.  Cut out all the junk and replace it with healthy foods.  As athena_tavener suggests, you may want to see a doctor to get some professional guidance.  Sometimes when a licensed professional tells us to eat certain things and not others, we listen more than if some unknown person on an online forum tells us the same thing. =)
You can give up sugar!  Yes you can!  I did it years ago, tapering off over the course of about 3 months.  Next to starting here at CC, it was the best thing I ever did for myself.  Now all that sweet junk tastes wrong to me.  I also gave up extra salt the same way.

If you really try, you can change your eating habits from unhealthy (VERY unhealthy) to the best there is.  The tools are here for you to use.  You just have to put in the effort.
I have also been known to have a sweet tooth. Once I decide to cut out the junk food, it takes about three days for me to not be miserable and fight from eating it. Around the third day I find that not only do I not crave the sugary sweets anymore, but everything I do eat tastes better and is more satisfying. Some foods that work for me to help cut my addictive sweet tooth BUT still taste sweet are: fresh blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, yogurt, frozen peas. These foods along with lots of veggies will get you over the sugar addict hump and provide nutrition also. Try that for a couple of days and eat lots and lots of veggies. Cucumbers, zuccini, spinach, tomatoes, celery. Eat whole grains and nuts too. Cottage cheese is a great source of protien and it tastes great with fruit. Try this for a few days and you will feel very satisfied. Good luck. You can do it!!!!
just wanted to stress the face -- especially since you're recovering from anorexia -- how important it is to eat REAL foods. judging from your food log, you tend to snack. what would happen if you planned a day, of 3 meals with 2-3 snacks spread through out the day and the vast majority of that was real, unprocessed food. it doesn't have to be totally "perfect."

i.e.

Breakfast:

breakfast with milk and a sliced banana and walnuts mixed in

am snack: yogurt

lunch: salad with some beans for protein

pm snack: rice cakes and peanut butter

dinner: steamed veggies and tofu

optional after dinner snack: 100% juice fruit pop or a nice orange.

could you do something like that? just for a day, and see how it goes?

also-- are you working with a doctor and therapist to address the anorexia?
