Ingredients
24 oz CAULIFLOWER
2 c POTATOES, (1/2" PIECES, BLANCHED)
3 T OIL
1 t TURMERIC
1 t SALT, AND SPICES (1 1/2t CORIANDER, 1/4t CINNAMON, 1/2t CURRY, 1/2t MUSTARD SEEDS)
1 T SYRUP
Directions
  1. CUT CAULIFLOWER AND POTATOES INTO 1/2 IN PIECES.

  2. HEAT OIL IN SKILLET

  3. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND TURMERIC AND POTATOES

  4. STIR WELL

  5. COVER AND COOK 7-8 MIN.

  6. ADD CAULIFLOWER AND SALT

  7. COVER AND COOK 5 MIN

  8. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS

  9. MIX AND SERVE
