This is my 3rd day here. I'm Female, Married, 56 and 212# as of this morning. 2 years ago I was 265. Been just slacking the last year and now ready to get the rest off.
This site is giving me very good ideas about healty eating. But......... I need to lose my weight now, not my goal of july 2009. So---- will continue with my shake 3 times a day for a week and then start incorporating healthy food into my eating habits. I need to show my horse this summer and although i have shown him at this weight, I would feel better about it if I was thinner. And Im pretty sure the Judges would too.
Any Quarter Horse Riders out there interested in Reining. Leanna
