I love being the office supply orderer!

I can spend hours on the website and / or in the store.

When I was little, I'd get excited for school because it meant going shopping for pencils, pens, glue, markers, pencil boxes, funky folders, notebooks, etc.  I love a smooth writing pen and the smell of new pencils.  I love drawing on paper, and watching the whiteness transform into something beautiful ... whether it be words or pitcures.  Yes, I have always loved some office supplies.  I never really got into dividers and file folders because they have always signified work and organized clutter (to me). 

I don't like school but the new supplies always helped make the summer-to-school transition easier. 

I now work in an office but it's mostly computer work (yuk!) but I have drawers full of supplies... just in case.  :)

I really like graph paper, Im guessing its from playing DnD when I was younger, theres just so much awesome creative potential in graph paper while still maintaning a good amount of "order".

I order the office supplies at workand yes, I do love them. Especially pens but I always lose them!

i used to be the WB Mason orderer here at my office! that's one thing i miss about being an admin assistant! i could look through the giant WB book all day long. i used to pick certain pens or organizers i wanted for myself. as long as it was stuff i'd actually use, i could order what ever i wanted for my desk. it was sweet. now i have to put in requests for stuff so i've gotta rein it in a little.

Two words....Sharpies and Post-its.

sharpies and post its...  I SECOND THAT!   every color, every size, the clicky kind, the pop up post it dispensers... I love it all.  I just got a new high tech phone at work and was excited.  I too am the controller of inventory here at work!  I love having control over the "bible", aka the Office Depot catalog!

Removable labels, a zillion different kinds of post-its, folders & binders in every color & size (well, almost...)  painter's tape, duct tape, superglue, 3-hole punch, and the rotary cutter and mat!  Whew, my blood pressure goes up just thinking about all the goodies ;)

OMG!!!  What a perfect post!!!  I felt so alone in the world until now!!!  I LOVE office supplies.  I have Sharpie Compulsive Buying Disorder.  I have over 50 of them.  All sizes and colors.  My purse has at least 10 of them in there (color coding in the planner is essential!).  Sometimes a gal just needs a good Sharpie.  Thank you, all of you, for making me feel like I am not alone!

So tickled to know that I'm not the only nut-job with a dozen sharpies in her purse!! My friends make fun of me but you know what, they sure don't make fun when they need one!! LOL

That happens to me too!  HaHa, Betsy-the-dork.  But you are right, they don't laugh when someone needs a permanent marker, and I have the perfect solution to their needs!

My fiance is going to get a good giggle out of this one....he teases my SO MUCH about my Sharpie obsession....I love going to the arts & crafts stores and cand spend lots of time in the Sharpie section.....

I like Gel Pens.  Whenever I go back to Asia to visit, I always get some.  xD  

I need a specific binder and mechanical pencil to work with. Highlight visibility pencils - awesome colours, perfect grip, and of course, 0.7 lead. I dislike regular pencils and most pens. I'm not sure what the binders are but I think they're buffalo brand. I stocked up on about 10 of them last September. hehe

Oh good, I was afraid I was the only one. My favorite store is Staples. I love post its and journals and planners and stationary.
