does anyone know of a good inner thigh workout to do at home without equipment?

I have been doing two kinds of leg lifts and I feel the burn, so I hope it will really help with time.
1: I lay on my left side and place my right hand on my right hip to make sure it is staying perpendicular to the floor and I am not leaning back or forward. Then I point my toes and slowly lift my leg until my toes are pointed to the ceiling. Then I slowly lower my leg back down while contracting my leg muscles/holding them tight until my right leg is touching my left leg. At first I did a set of 10 on each side intermixed with crunches and pushups, but now I can do about 20 at a time. You should feel the burn when your leg is coming down. Make sure you lower your leg slowly and contract the muscles so you can feel the burn.
2: Same position except my knees are bent (like you are spooning someone). I keep my knee bent and do the same exercise and same amound of reps.
I do not know whether these work the muscles differently or whether they work different muscles, but I am doing it just in case!
I am interested to see whether people have other ideas for those pesky thighs!

Cycling is great. Also, pilates is great overall. Check out some videos.
balancing exercises where you stand leaning forward on one straight leg and hold the other straight behind you.

This has the added bonus of toning your tummy, too. You can make it harder by putting your arms out like superman.
Here's some good exercises and they are video nice to find.
