Inner Thigh Fat - I HATE It!!

The part of my body that I am least happy with is probably my legs, because of that pesky layer of fat on the inside of my thighs!! It WON'T go away, no matter what!! It really seriously bugs me, I just want to chop it off or something. (...ow, not a good idea)
What are good workouts or ways to GET RID OF THIS STUFF??

Haha, I have the same problem as you.

An exercise I have been recently doing seems to be working a bit for me.

I lay on my side, holding my head up with my hand. Then I fold my top leg over to the front of my bottom leg's thigh. After that I repetively raise and lower the bottom leg. I do this about 50 times.

I hope that this makes some sort of sense, if not I can try to find a diagram or something for you, good luck!
Lol thanks technicolor, but I'm having a hard time picturing how exactly to do that.. wouldn't lifting your bottom leg be lifting both legs, since the other leg is on top?
Go on YouTube and look up "Ten Minute Solutions" and find the buns and thighs one.  They show you how it's done in that video, and it's also a great video to tone your leg muscles.

Best way I can describe it, lie on your side.  Straighten your body out as much as you possible can.  Take your top leg and put your foot flat on the floor in front of your lower leg, knee bent over the lower leg.  Then lift the lower leg repeatedly.  It wouldn't lift both legs because one leg is tucked under a little bridge of your other leg.

I bought some ankle weights and they are great! 

I used to hate my inner thigh jiggle, but its pretty much gone now thanks to a combination of weight loss, jogging, weight lifting, and brazilian martial arts. Just do activities that you enjoy and that work your leg muscles. Heavy squats/leg extensions will do wonders. I've also heard horse-back riding tones the inner thighs.

I started doing "Slim in 6" DVD's and my thighs are thinner than they have ever been.  Lots of squats & lunges.  I've been doing a 24 minute workout every morning and then another 47 minute almost everyday.

A way that I find really tones your legs, is get a chair and step up and down steadily for 5 minutes. Breath for  few minutes, then do it again a couple times. You will notice a differene within a few days.
