i issued something similar to our inner thighs not touching. your legs compared to mine are pretty skinny i would kill for your legs, what do you do? by the way i am haileyy51 and i've been having trouble with workouts that i dont seem to help what i want. i want to be a size 0 in hollister jeans very badly. i am going to show you pictures of these girls legs that those are the exact legs i want. i want my thighs not to touch here are the pictures http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p128/xjack ieo/calorieeeeeeeeeecount.jpg this picture just shows the basic leg and how skinny i want my legs to be and i will show a picture of my legs in a second. The sixth picture shows the side view of her legs and compare and contrast my legs with her legs. Currently at the gym i have been doing the ellipitical and doing a machine that is like a spread eagle with 20 pounds and then i push 10 pounds pushing out to the spread eagle. Maybe i need too push more or maybe they don't work im not sure this is my 2nd week doing them so maybe i have to wait longer for results, but thank you so much for your help and cooperation!

I have a similar issue.  What seems to be working for me is lying on the floor with a large medicine ball between my knees.  I keep my knees at a 90 degree angle while squeezing the ball.  At the same time I lift up my back and butt off the floor so that my knees come up to touch my elbows.  I've been doing this a few weeks and I've lost over an inch of inner thigh fat.

you cannot lose just thigh fat....train harder, and eat right...overall body fat will decrease.  Personally I love when a woman's thighs touch...I think it's extremely sexy.  hell my thighs touch.

i started a thread about how all i want in life are nice legs basically lol

i got a lot of suggestions but the one that i actually was already doin & have continued is bein a runner..

i've never had shapely or good lookin legs but i've also never been a runner!
my best friend gets told she has the sexiest legs ppl have ever seen and she ran track all through school & still runs, said thats how she got her legs.

anyway moral of the story, runnin is good for you and is an addictive, good way to relieve stress after a long day, or get energized for a full day ahead of you, and its takin some time & committment, but there is definetly a transformation takin place w my legs from runnin.

my thighs didnt touch today when i stood with my feet touchin as i rode the escalator and i was shocked.. thats never happened.

granted some are just built so that their legs always touch.

but runnin does change your legs.

 

I ran track professionally, and that's how I got nice but huge legs, but that's from sprinting....not distance running.  sprinting shapes your butt...abs...legs, and your arms and back...it's a total workout, but very very hard to do at that level.

i really do think it has to do with the way you are built. even at my thinnest and unhealthy, my thighs still touched (and i do excerise, running mostly). So i think thats just how my body is.

Isn't this your 3rd time posting the same question, rehashed?  Of your links 2 are duplicate pictures, 1 is different, and the remainder have been deleted.  Just go get some lipo or something.  Take Floggings advice about standing with your feet farther apart and wear a longer skirt.

im only 16 so please neough with the negative comments and im too young to get lipo thanks.

if you've only been doing exercises at the gym for your legs for 2 weeks of course it's not going to work yet, it doesn't come over night, any positive change happens over time and with hard dedicated work.

what's so great about being a size 0 at Hollister anyways? You should be focusing on being healthy not being trendy!

dont worry about being a size zero or having non-touching thighs.  i promise you that even if you did acheive that, your quality of life would be exactly the same.  nothing would be better.   getting healthier in general though is always a good goal.  relax about the thighs though.  i promise you its not as important as you think.

 Same here. I was 115lbs at 5'7" and STILL my legs never looked like that. I was running an hour a day at the time. Never had a totally flat stomach, either. Oh if I knew then what I know now

You want an honest opinion? Find a better goal. The one you have is not only absurdly difficult to achieve if you aren't born with a certain build, but honestly, it's no kind of "accomplishment" at all. You have no idea just how shallow you appear on this thread, do you? Honestly, you are 16, there are so many other, better things that could be occupying your brain and your time, instead of "OMG my thighs touch".

Then again, two factors make my feelings about you soften:

1) it's not entirely your fault, our toxic culture makes all women hate their bodies, even slender teenagers.

and

2) the more that slender teenagers focus on these absurdities, the more chance the rest of us have on the dating circuit, if only because we have more to bring to the table than worries about our thighs.
