Insanity Accountability

Quote  |  Reply

Hi All.

Due to a hectic schedule, I couldn't keep up with Insanity the 1st time around. Now that things have settled down a bit, I plan on hitting the DVDs with full force this time. I'll update with progress and stats.

Haven't seen too many posts about Insanity on here, so I'm not sure if you all know about it, but anyone is welcome to join.

Good for you for keeping at it!  You will gain so much!!

Yes, the Max workouts are longing.  So far they are about 60 minutes.  You do an additional circuit so you have three circuits instead of two.  By the start of the third circuit I am toast.  I am hopeful that next week I will be stronger and the workouts will seem more doable...

I keep seeing the commercials for this and I definitely want to try it. You don't need any weights or equipment do you?

Seconding this question.

No weights are needed for this workout.

No weights.  Just your body, which in my case is plenty heavy.Laughing

It sounds fun and since swim season is wrapping up, a workout whatever like this would be good for me.  How much does it cost?
