It's something that's been bugging me a bit, so I thought I'd throw out the question to all y'all : )
When you look up a food on Calorie Count, do they usually been the INSIDE (like inside the peel, or whatever the case may be) or the WHOLE THING.
Here's some foods that have baffled me:
Banana - the weight of only the inside of the banana or with the peel? And if I don't feel like weighing, how would I measure? From tip-to-tip or against the curve?
Egg - just the yolk and whites, or can I weigh it with the shell?
Peanuts - the only reason this confused me was because it said "one peanut" under the drop down menu, and I didn't know if they meant one peanut SHELLED or unshelled...
Can anyone clarify, please? Thankies : )
They weight they give for the analysis of the food is for inside only.
