Intense Oblique Workouts
I got a problem. I still need to lose a few more pounds but the thing is I can feel my great sixpack but I have no obliques. Its really dumb. Anyone know of any intense oblique workouts that I can do at home with dumbells or just on the floor?

i work with the swiss ball it gave me gr8 obliques and 8 packs,but u need to lower ur body fat % m8,am at 6% so thats why they show.

I have been doing cardio I know about the whole spot training or whatever it is. You must lower your body fat before any good or any at all muscle definition shows. I was just wondering what some good obique workouts are?
Haha, this is awesome. I'd love to get rid of my obliques, they are so big that they look like love handles if I don't roll my shorts down super far. Make sure to balance abs/obliques/back/lat exercises, then you'll get an all around solid core. Oh, and to answer your question, I think running helps.
