An interesting idea!!

I read something today that I found so interesting.  The article said, that each night, whenever you want to be done eating until morning, have the same thing at the same time. For example, each and every night around 8pm per say, eat an orange. (or something that you love to snack on) Apparently, you can train your body to treat that specific food as a signal that no more food is coming until morning and after a little while, your body doesnt feel hunry or crave food. (It could stop those pesky late night urges to snack!) I dont know if it works, but I'm gonna give it a whirl!

that  is really interesting! i always eat too much at night. just after dinner i really need something sweet. maybe i will try it too. let me know how it goes!

Hmm.. that makes sense. I always eat a small bowl of frozen mango pieces after dinner (now that it is hot outside). It's sweet, but only 90 cal. I find that once I do that, even if I eat early- around 4:30 or 5pm, I don't get hungry any more. Maybe I just got used to eating that last thing and like the article you read suggests, my body shut down hunger mode 'till morning.  Groovy Smile

for the past year and a half, i eat an apple and a tablespoon of peanut butter as im studying after dinner. i can assure you, after its gone, i have NO desire to keep snacking, and im a HUGE munchies kinda person. it really does work.
