Interesting observation

The other day, my friend was telling me how she is on a detox because she wants to clean out her system (From junk food, cigarettes, alcohol, and who knows what else she's been doing haha).

Everyone in the room accepted it and praised her for making such a good move.

Then she said "I'm doing this just in time because I'm flying to Brazil and I want to look good in a bikini"

And all of a sudden we all thought she was really stupid.

Haha.. so I guess you can do the same torture to your body, but as long as the reason is different, then it doesn't matter!

Cleanses are BS. You cant just erase all the harm you have done  to your body by drinking some stupid drink for a day or week or a month. It is just a way for someone to make money. If you really want to cleanse your body you should to it the right way by making healthy choices.

It took me 2 days of drinking only water to detox from the concert I went to on Friday night. It's hell to get old.

Lol. I guess she seemed more noble?

But to each their own. :)
