Has anyone tried this for a decent period of time?

I've kinda hit a plateau and I think I'm going to give this a try.  I went two days last week and it was pretty good, not really jarring.  Yes, you do become a little tired but you do feel a lot better.

And if you don't know what this is, it's basically fasting for 18-24 hours every other day. 

So,

Eat Monday-Nothing Tuesday, Eat Wednesday...there are several other patterns...

I'm looking to hear something positive instead of OMG ARE YOU CRAZY!  Surprised  I don't believe this is unhealthy, unless you went for a week or something.

Well I dont think you are crazy!!!

And I was wondering about fasting, iv herd once a month is a good materialism kick starter, it makes seance it gives your body a break and adding water to that clears your system!

Just wanted to ask what you do allow your self on your fasting days??

Well after no movement for awhile I've been eating a lot to get my metabolism back up. 

Today, I started my fast again.  Today I had 2 coffees and about 4.5 liters of water.  Tomorrow I'll go back to 6 small meals a day for probably two days then back to one day of fasting.

It works if you're dedicated, and I'm anew starting today, we'll see.
