For those who may be interested in donating breast milk, this charity gives out donated milk to needy or ill infants. 25% of the donated breast milk goes to Africa and 75% goes to infants in the US. Everything that is needed is provided by the group...including an electric breast pump if requested. If there is no collection site nearby, they provide a shipping cooler. There is no cost to the donor at all (from what I know so far).

Here is their website:

I know times are tough for everyone and purchasing a breast pump for $350 may be out of the question (it is for me) so this is a great opportunity for working moms to express milk for their own babies as well as those who need it and can't get it.
