Its International Crochet Day, Barry Whites birthday AND its Friday!

And to celebrate I bot cake for my office! hahaha

Though I don't quite crochet, nny reason for cake is a good reason.

I wonder if there's an international knitting day? I just learned how to knit, so I'll be all over that!

I love Fridays...I'm still at work waiting until 5 when I can go to the gym and then go home and crochet some more of a blanket I'm making for a friend for christmas! Did I already say I LOVE Fridays?

 

(except maybe next friday, I have to work next Saturday.)

And to top it all off, I am leaving for vacation today!  Hello Miami and Bahamas! :)  It truly is a wondrous day.

Yesterday was Butters's birthday, the little dork from South Park.  We baked cake and got pizza. :D

I crochet!  I have a blanket I was making during the Olympics, didn't finish it in  time for the closing ceremonies & now I lost my sense of urgency to finish it.  Perhaps this special day dedicated to Crochet will inspire me to get moving on it.  :)  

Now what I do while listening to Barry White is a whole other story and it would definitly slow my crochet progress.  SO I will challenge myself to finish the blanket and THEN reward my self with some Barry White music.. ooh la la

All this will earn me some calorie burn too!  :)

I like Fridays and I love Sat.  and cake is good any day . I  want some chocolate cake now with chocolate icing with some chocolate jimmy's - I need chocolate!

Did you there are more baby births in Sept then any other month. Heard that on radio this morning. My son's is the 30th.

Those September births would be due to the cold winter and/or holiday drinking back in December..lol  Let's all be a bit more careful as this holiday season approaches.  ;)

I think the september birthdays are from all the lovin on new years :p

My dad, sister, son, husband, best friends (2) and husbands best friend are ALL virgos!  September makes me poor.
