Hi all, my name is Kelley and I have a goal to get back down to my former weight before my running injury 7 years ago. I have my 20 year reunion next July and I am going on a vacation to visit friends at the end of April so this is my drive for getting back down in weight. I am ok being 10lbs from my goal in april but I must hit it by my reunion.

I joined the military 7 years ago and injured both my hips from running and I haven't been the same. I gained a lot of weight quickly and my whole body changed both physically and metobolically. I have had a hard time trying to figure out what my body needs to get normal again.

Hoping to make use of the tools on this site.
