Intro and quick question

Hi all! I just signed up for CC a few days ago, but only started keeping track yesterday since it was the first day of my new and improved healthy lifestyle. Smile I must've done ok because for the first time in MONTHS I actually lost a whole pound instead of gaining! I quit smoking almost 9 months ago and I traded one oral fixation for another...gave up smoking, started eating. I've gained 15 pounds since last summer so it's not a whole lot of weight, but at only 5'3" it's clearly noticeable, but more importantly, I feel miserable. So, my neighbor sent this link to me and I was very excited to get started after reading the posts of support in this community! I look forward to getting to know you!

Now for my silly question...what is the Burn Meter??? Tongue out
