Introducing..the mommy of 3 who wants to lose weight...lol

Hi all,

I am a mom of three...the youngest being 3 months old.  The pregnancy was a nightmare bed rest premature delivery NICU and postpartum depression that I am finally through THANK GOD!!

I went from being a 130 pound energetic mom to packing on the pounds with the pregnancy at 184. I am currently down to 165 and I think I have hit a plateau because I have stayed this weight for about a week and half...so I am getting anxious. I am goaling my calories at 1350 but find it hard to consume that much everyday...sometiems I get close but not often. I have some medical restraints right now that are keeping me off the exercise regimen I was on before which was pilates and cardio (pilates 3xs a week and cardio 5xs) with everyday toning like crunches etc...the basics. So I have an injury in my upper back and my heart has acted up once again (it does it everytime after the birth of a baby for me) so my tachycardia is abit out of control. So I have to lay low right now until doc gives me the green light. I am still doing chores around the house, playing with my kiddos and taking care of my family...I have a two story so I climb stairs and its something. Better than nothing. I am sooo wanting to be my size 8 again but well I am working at it. Currently I wear between a 12-14 which kills me to admit. And I jsut want my body back..I feel like invasion of the body snatchers...lol. So that is me. If you want to give me some pointers on calorie intake or anything that worked for you...love to hear from ya.
