Introducing Myself - Have been on CC for 1 month

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself, since  I've posted comments, but haven't properly introduced myself.

I've been on CC now for exactly one month today... and so far have dropped 4.8 lbs...  I've been divorced for about 4 years now and at the time of my divorce I dropped 20 lbs without even trying... would like to be able to do that again (without the stress doing it).  Right now I'm 11.2 lbs from my goal of 130 (and maybe even get lower - to 126). 

I'm very interested in cooking healthy and absolutely love creating new recipies.  I also like to travel and explore new places - will be going to Thailand in October and plan on either maintaining my weight (if I'm at goal) or even losing weight on vacation.

Logging on every day has kept me on track.  I love CC!

Hey!  Welcome, finding this place was a real blessing for me. I feel I am able to stay on track while counting my calories and it really motivates me too.  Good Luck.  And when you find new healthy recipes, pass them on to me!!  **WINK WINK**

YOu know anything about the Moosewood Cook books? They're my favorite :) Healthy, good cooking from healthy foods :D ANd tasty, too! :D
I'm a cookbook addict!  Where can I get that book at?
thank you one and all ... yes, I'll pass on recipies and hints... and yes, I love the Moosewood cookbooks... the lowfat Moosewood is great... lots of recipies that I divide into single serve portions and freeze (for lunch or when I don't want to cook)...
I've gotten it any half-decent book store, blond. Barned and Nobles, Borders, etc.
