Introducing myself
I love this site, i only joined a few days ago.
I'd like to say Hi to everyone!
I'm Kristy, i'm 5'3, and 114lbs. I am a yo-yo, binger from way back and my weight has been up to 140 (maybe higher, there's a point i stop weighing myself;-).. and as low as 105lbs.
I am 31 years old and ready to find some balance in my life. Balance between enjoying meals with my husband, eating healthy meals with my family, getting my nutrients and not depriving myself!
Its not easy and after years of a BED, i feel like this site might be just what i need to read motivational stories, advice and just communicate with people who have 'been there'.
I have already started bookmarking threads, and today i re-read one particular inspirational post by someone and i know it is what got me through the day without binging.
Anyway, i'd love for people to add me as friends and i look forward to us all reaching our goals, whatever they may be.
