I am a new member as of yesterday. I started my new eating plan today. I am not going to call it a diet, as I have done that in the passed.

I have been in a funck for a while. I have lost 30 pounds 2 times and have gained it all back again. I need some added support and some strength, b/c I am getting sick and tired of feeling ugly, fat, and sick and tired. 

I will try not to be a downer, but I am hoping this is the answer for me.

Welcome aboard.  I am also new to this web-site.  Trying to get rid of the last of my weight.  I though support would be helpful to you.  I've lost over 180lbs and also have needed support in the past.

That is absolutley wonderful that you have lost 180 pounds!!! You should be very proud of yourself.Laughing  How did you do it? Did you just watch your caloric intake and exercise?? What hard work. You are my idol. thanks for getting back to me. I know I am going to need a lot of support.

Hi Dawn, Welcome.  I am a new member too.  I just started a few days ago.  I absolutely agree that we can't look at it as dieting; it is just adapting a healthy lifestyle.  Best of Luck! Hi Malgieri, Congrats to you on your amazing weight loss.  Are there any tips you can suggest for success?
