I am a new member as of yesterday. I started my new eating plan today. I am not going to call it a diet, as I have done that in the passed.
I have been in a funck for a while. I have lost 30 pounds 2 times and have gained it all back again. I need some added support and some strength, b/c I am getting sick and tired of feeling ugly, fat, and sick and tired.
I will try not to be a downer, but I am hoping this is the answer for me.
