Hi.  Glad to be joining your group.  I'm hoping to lose 90 lbs total over the next year or so, to become the slim person I was up until the age of 40.   I've tried all sorts of sensible diets and they worked for a time then sort of fell by the wayside.  Exercising is the key but finding ways and times to do so are difficult.  It' a mental block probably, so I'm hoping to gain some inspiration from you along the way and hopefully I can give some back as well.
