Hi my name is Amy  and I have been on CC for a long time, however, I have fallen off the wagon for about a year now. I have always struggled to keep those 3 or 4 vanity pounds off but as of this morning I have 7.5 pounds to get rid of YUCK!!! I am a sugar cravings queen and I have tried to break the habbit more times than I can count. ;) I just got back from jogging and I mean JOGGING,very lightly 1 mille. I hope I can keep this up!!! ANy advice you have for me for motivation or fun exercise would be greatly appreciated!! THanks in advance!
